Account Conversion Checklist

Items to help you prepare for conversion.

STARTING EARLY MARCH – PREPARE YOUR ONLINE & MOBILE BANKING PLATFORMS

  • Existing First Bank of the Palm Beaches Online Banking customers will receive an email with detailed information about their user ID and password. Not currently enrolled? Self enroll for Online Banking and Business Online Banking any time after March 9th. This will prepare your accounts for activation on March 16th.

  • Once you have logged into Seacoast Bank's Personal Online Banking and/or Business Online Banking you can enroll in Personal and/or Business Mobile Banking.

  • You may begin to explore the exciting features offered with Seacoast Online & Mobile Banking starting Monday, March 16th.

Starting Thursday, March 12th

  •  Last day to schedule First Bank of the Palm Beaches bill payments to be delivered no later than March 13th.
  • Any payments scheduled for delivery after March 13th will be cancelled.
  • Begin scheduling bill payments using your Seacoast Online Banking to be sent on March 16th or later.

Starting Friday, March 13th at 5:00p.m. – Monday, March 16th at 9:00a.m.

  • Before 5 p.m., Quicken users should export data, as it will not be available for download after this date.

  • Quicken users will need to deactivate their First Bank of the Palm Beaches accounts in the Quicken software.

  • First Bank of the Palm Beaches ATM may experience interrupted service over the weekend. Balance inquiries and transfers between accounts will not be available; however, withdrawals will be available at more than 1,100+ Publix® Fee Free ATMs1.

Starting Monday, March 16th

Start Banking with Seacoast

  • Visit us at SeacoastBank.com to use our online banking services. If you have not enrolled, we can help you get started.

  • Quicken users can reactivate their software with their Seacoast accounts. Get Started >.

  • Bank by phone with our local Florida Customer Service Center at 800.706.9991.

  • Use FastLane, our 24/7 automated inquiry and transfer service, at 866.674.5578.

Mark the Date

Monday, March 16th the merger is complete.

Debit Card Checklist

  • Early March – you will receive your new Seacoast Visa® Debit Card and PIN. These items will be mailed separately.
  • Before March 16th – Activate your Seacoast Visa® Debit Card by calling 866.674.5578.
    You may begin using it on March 16th.

Starting Monday, March 16th

Prepare Your Online & Mobile Banking Platforms

  • Your First Bank of the Palm Beaches Debit Card will stop working.
  • Begin using your Seacoast Visa® Debit Card.
  • If you have automatic payments set up using your First Bank of the Palm Beaches Debit Card number, contact each merchant to update your payment information with your new Seacoast Visa® Debit Card number.

 

Important: Action Required

Make sure your phone number and email address are up-to-date on your account with First Bank of the Palm Beaches by reaching out to your local branch or visit firstbankpb.bank/contact-us/.

Attention Debit Cardholders

Check your mailbox starting in early March. First Bank of the Palm Beaches Debit cardholders will be receiving a new Seacoast Visa® Debit Card and PIN in the mail. These items will be mailed separately.

Be sure to activate your card by 6 a.m. on Monday, March 16th, to ensure uninterrupted access. Don’t forget to destroy your old First Bank of the Palm Beaches card, as it will no longer work after 6 a.m. on Monday, March 16th.

 

1. You will be required to accept the fee on the Publix® ATM screen. This fee will be refunded on the following business day. You still receive unlimited transactions at Publix® ATMs for free, however your Publix® ATM Fee will be processed as a refund versus a waiver.
