Browser & Device Requirements

First-Time Login
If you currently use Professional Bank Digital Banking, you will automatically have access to Seacoast Bank Online & Mobile Banking on Monday, June 5. You will receive an email on the morning of June 5, outlining your Login steps.

  1. Bookmark the URL for Seacoast Bank Online Banking
  2. On the Login Page:
    Login ID: Use your current Login ID*
    Password: Use your existing password
    *In rare instances, we find duplicate Login IDs exist between the two banks. If your current Login ID is a duplicate, we will notify you by email with a temporary Login ID.
  3. On the Secure Access Code Target page, click or tap one of the contact methods to send a secure access code.
  4. On the Enter Secure Access Code page, complete the following:
    • When the code arrives, enter the code
    • Select Submit
  5. You will then be prompted to create a new password. Enter your current password and then enter your New Password following the password requirements listed and Select Submit.
  6. If prompted to register the device, click or tap Register Device**.
    **You should only register your device if it is a private device.
  7. Read the agreement on the Disclaimers page and click or tap I Accept. When you accept the agreement, the Home page appears.

New Password Requirements

    • Must be between 8 and 32 characters
    • Must contain at least:
        • 1 number
        • 1 lowercase character
        • 1 upper-case character
        • 1 special character

QuickBooks®, Quicken®, or Mint Users

  • Important Action Required: The migration to Seacoast Bank Online & Mobile banking will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition. Conversion instructions are available below.
  • The conversion instructions reference two Action Dates. Please use the following dates:
    • 1st Action Date: Before 5 PM on Friday, June 2, a data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the transition.
    • 2nd Action Date: On Monday, June 5, complete the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivation/reactivation of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection. Please note: You will need to login to the Seacoast Bank Online Banking platform before synching with quicken. 
  • Conversion Instructions:
  • PLEASE NOTE: Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 3-5 business days after conversion. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. The following services may not work during the outage:
    • Quicken® Win/Mac Express Web Connect
    • QuickBooks® Online Express Web Connect
    • Mint
  • After completing the migration instructions, please carefully review your downloaded transactions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.

Seacoast Mobile Banking App

The Seacoast Mobile Banking App was designed for both personal and business banking. You will use the same login ID and password for the app that you use for online banking.
Download the Seacoast Mobile Banking App today:
        • Apple users -  download and install the app from the Apple Store
        • Android users - download and install the app from the Google Play Store
        • To log in: use your current Seacoast Bank Online Banking Login ID and your online banking password.
