Online & Mobile Banking

Important Actions Required Before 5PM on Friday, August 15:
  • Please print or download and save any account statement history for your record retention purposes. Historical Account Statements maintained on Heartland National Bank's Internet Banking platform may not be available after Thursday, August 14. Access to Heartland National Bank Internet Banking will no longer be available after 5 PM on Friday, August 15.
  • Heartland National Mobile App will be inaccessible as of 5 PM, Friday, August 15. Heartland National Bank customers will no longer be able to deposit checks through mobile capture using their scanner or Heartland National Bank Mobile Banking app.
  • Quicken and QuickBooks users should download transactions & deactivate before 5 PM, August 15 in order to keep records up to date. Click here for instructions on how to deactivate your accounts from Heartland National Bank and reactivate them with Seacoast Bank.
Important Details Beginning Monday, August 18:
  • Expect an email on Monday, August 18 when Seacoast Bank Online and Mobile Banking becomes available. If you currently use Heartland National Bank Internet Banking and the mobile banking app, you will automatically have access to Seacoast Bank Online & Mobile Banking on Monday, August 18. We’ve done everything to ensure your login credentials remain the same. An email will be sent on Monday, August 18, outlining your Login steps and notifying you of any changes.   • Account Transfers: Begin scheduling recurring and future-dated account-to-account transfers using your Seacoast Bank Online Banking on Monday, August 18. Automated transfers will need to be reestablished after you enroll in Seacoast Bank Online Banking.
  • eStatements and Notices: Establish or re-establish eStatements in Seacoast Bank Online Banking beginning Monday, August 18. Navigate to “Account Management and Services” for personal accounts or "eStatements and Notices" for business accounts then select “Statement Preferences” to confirm your delivery method.
  • Alerts: Enable Online Banking Alerts in Seacoast Bank Online Banking by navigating to "Alerts & Settings" from the menu and then choose "Alerts" to set up your preferred online banking alerts beginning Monday, August 18.
  •  Seacoast Mobile Banking App: Once you have logged into Seacoast Bank Online Banking you can download the Seacoast Mobile Banking App from the Apple®1 App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Don’t currently have Online or Mobile Banking? You can sign up for access beginning Monday, August 18, to complete the enrollment process select from the options below:

Online & Mobile Banking

Important Actions Required Before 5PM on Friday, August 15:

Treasury Management Services

Our experienced Treasury Management team is here to help facilitate a smooth transition to Seacoast Bank on Monday, August 18. Our suite of products and solutions, combined with our expertise, will help move your business forward.

  • Transaction and daily wire limits will migrate over
  • Seacoast Bank accepts in person or online wires only.
  • We’ve made every effort to migrate your wire transfer templates. Please review all templates to verify that beneficiary and receiving financial institution information is correct before originating a wire transfer. You can download and save a report of your wire transfer history under the Reports menu within the Heartland National Bank digital banking platform, as a reference.
  • To assist with identifying non-account signers who call in to our Treasury Management Customer Care team, and if contacted to verify wire transfer and ACH transactions, please complete the PIN form provided by your banker. Contact your Banker for additional details.
  • The cut-off time for same-day wire transfer is 5 PM ET on any banking day. Wire transfers initiated after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Future dated wire transfers with initiation dates past Friday, August 15, will need to be rescheduled on or after Monday, August 18.
  • Please save or print any reports or images that you may need for future reference.
  • An email will be sent from Seacoast Bank discussing your RDC upgrade including next steps.
  • The cut-off time for same-day deposits is 8 PM ET on any banking day.
  • For additional information, please reach out to your Treasury Management Sales Officer (TSO) or Relationship Manager.


Access to the Heartland National Bank RDC platform will not be available after 6PM on Friday, August 15. Upgrade appointments will begin after conversion, during the week of August 18, and continue through Friday, August 29. The Heartland National Bank RDC platform will be available through August 31 for report viewing only.

  • Originated ACH transactions with an effective date on or after Tuesday, August 19, 2025, will need to be re-entered and approved on or after Monday, August 18, 2025. ACH files with an effective date after Monday, August 18, will need to be re-entered and approved on or after Monday, August 18. All scheduled or recurring ACH files will need to be rescheduled on or after Monday, August 18.
  • Your transaction and ACH daily limits will remain the same.
  • Your participants and batches will be available the morning of Monday, August 18.
  • The cut-off time for Same Day ACH files is 1:55 pm ET on any banking day. The cut-off time for next-day or future-dated ACH items is 6 PM ET on any banking day. ACH files approved after this time will be processed the following business day.


Clients who import Nacha formatted files may wish to update batch header records with Seacoast Bank information. Please contact TMCustomerCare@SeacoastBank.com for details. Once you have made the format changes, we request that you send us a test file as soon as possible to validate and test the file format.

  • Positive Pay exceptions that would typically be reviewed on Monday, August 18, may not be visible to you online due to the system conversion. If they are not available we will contact you directly with these items and images. Beginning on Tuesday, August 19, you will resume your online decision process through Seacoast Bank Online Banking.
  • If you are uploading check issue files, we will need to test your file format. Please contact TMCustomerCare@Seacoastbank.com to coordinate the receipt of a sample file.
  • Your outstanding check issue files will be transferred to the new system.
  • Users can log in to digital banking using a computer, tablet or mobile device to view images of exception items and to make pay or return decisions.
  • The cut-off time for making pay or return decisions is 2 PM ET on any banking day. If a decision to pay is not made prior to the deadline, the check(s) will be returned automatically.
  • Seacoast Bank offers Teller Positive Pay, which will be turned on for you. *In order to honor a check to be cashed at the teller line – the check must be entered into Positive Pay.
  • Instructions on how to test and validate your check issue file format will be provided.
  • Helpful guides are available for Positive Pay users, including Uploading Checks and File Mapping.
  • Online training sessions will be provided to go through the different product functionalities.


Seacoast Bank offers two easy options for the use of tokens:

  1. Symantec VIP Token Mobile Application

    You will be prompted at login to download the token and add your credential ID. Download the “VIP Access” Application from Google Play or Apple store on your mobile phone now and have the credential ID ready for first login.

  2. Symantec VIP Physical Token Provided by Seacoast Bank

    To have a physical token mailed, an Online Account Administrator can call the Treasury Management Customer Care team at 866.414.2223 for assistance.

The current token you use for online originated ACH and Wire transactions will no longer work after August 15, 2025 and the Duo Mobile App will not be compatible with Seacoast Bank Online Banking platform.

As an added protection to your accounts, Seacoast participates in transaction monitoring. At times, we may reach out to you via phone to confirm higher risk online originated transactions. When these situations arise, timely response is important to prevent delays in processing.

Debit Card

  • In late July, Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Cards will arrive in your mailbox. Your card and PIN will be mailed in separate plain white envelopes.
  • Activate your Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card by calling 888.669.4059, according to the instructions on your card upon receipt. Once activated, begin using your new Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card starting Monday, August 18. Attempting to use your new card before Monday, August 18 will result in the transaction being declined.
  • Continue to use your Heartland National Bank Debit Card for purchases and at ATMs through Sunday, August 17. Attempting to use your Heartland National Bank Debit Card after Sunday, August 17 will result in the transaction being declined.
  • On Monday, August 18 cut up or shred your Heartland National Bank Debit Card as it will no longer work.
  • Starting Monday, August 18, if you have recurring payments tied to your Heartland National Bank Debit Card, you will need to contact those companies to provide your Seacoast Bank card information.
  • If you have your Heartland National Bank Debit Card in a digital wallet or are using it as a payment method on shopping sites or apps, update your card information with your new Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card number on Monday, August 18.

ATMs

  • During the week of August 11, ATMs may experience service interruptions. Starting on the dates listed below, ATMs will no longer accept deposits; however, cash withdrawals will remain available throughout conversion weekend.
    • Monday, August 11: Sun 'N Lake ATM will no longer accept deposits
    • Tuesday, August 12: Sebring ATM will no longer accept deposits
    • Wednesday, August 13: Lake Placid ATM will no longer accept deposits
    • Thursday, August 14: Avon Park ATM will no longer accept deposits
    Please visit the branch lobby to make a deposit or use the night drop after these dates. During conversion weekend, deposits can be made using the night drop, as branches and ATMs will be unavailable. Any deposits made via the night drop over conversion weekend will be processed and posted to your account on Monday, August 18.
  • After the dates listed above and through Sunday, August 17, Heartland National Bank ATMs will be available for cash withdrawals only.
  • After branches close on Friday, August 15 through Sunday, August 17, deposits can be made using the night drop, as branches and ATMs will be unavailable during conversion weekend. Any deposits made via the night drop over conversion weekend will be processed and posted to your account on Monday, August 18.
  • Beginning Monday, August 18, you can enjoy the benefit of fee-free ATM transactions at all of our Seacoast Bank ATM locations and fee-free cash withdrawals at more than 55,000 Allpoint® ATM locations worldwide.* Visit seacoastbank.com/allpoint for additional details.

Bill Pay

  • Thursday, August 14, is the last day to schedule Heartland National Bank bill payments to be delivered no later than Friday, August 15. Any bill payments scheduled for delivery after Friday, August 15 will be canceled.
  • Heartland National Bank Bill Pay will be unavailable after 5 PM Friday, August 15.
  • Begin scheduling bill payments using your Seacoast Bank Online Banking on Monday, August 18. Seacoast Bank will make every effort to convert your existing payees into our Online Banking platform. Automated payments will need to be reestablished after you enroll in Seacoast Bank Online Banking.

 

  PLEASE NOTE: Seacoast Bank Bill Payment may be unavailable to some Heartland National Bank customers during the week of August 18 as we finalize the online banking and bill payment conversion. If you are still unable to access the Seacoast Bank Bill Payment platform after August 25, please contact one of our bankers.


ACH & Wire Transfers

  • Friday, August 15, is the last day Heartland National Bank ACH & Wire Transfers will be delivered. Any recurring or future-dated ACH & Wire Transfers scheduled for delivery after Friday, August 15 will be canceled.
