Online banking 2 iconPrepare Your Accounts Now

Important Action Required: Make sure your phone number and email address are up-to-date on your account with Apollo Bank by calling your local branch.

Online transfer iconPrepare Your Online & Mobile Banking

  • Download any statements, documents, or transaction information that you may need from your Apollo Bank Online Banking. You will not have access to Apollo Bank Online & Mobile Banking after 11 PM on Friday, October 7th. Visit the Statement section of the FAQs for instructions.
  • On October 11th, sign in to your new online banking account using your current Login ID & password. Click here for helpful resources & detailed first-time login instructions.
  • Starting Tuesday, October 11th, if you are not currently enrolled in online banking, you can self-enroll in Seacoast Bank Online Banking using the links below:
  • Once you have logged into Seacoast Bank Online Banking you can download the Seacoast Mobile Banking App from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
  • Starting Tuesday, October 11th, you may begin to explore the exciting features offered with Seacoast Bank Online & Mobile Banking.

Your New Seacoast Bank Debit Card

  • In late September, you will receive your new Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card and PIN in the mail. U.S. residents will receive these items separately.
  • Before Tuesday, October 11th – Activate your Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card by calling 888.669.4059.
  • Begin using your new Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card over the weekend of October 8th.


Your Apollo Bank Debit Card

  • After Monday, October 10th, your Apollo Bank Debit Card will stop working; begin using your Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card if you have not done so already.
  • If you have automatic payments set up using your Apollo Bank Debit Card number, contact each merchant to update your payment information with your new Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card number.

Bill Pay IconBill Pay

  • Thursday, October 6th, is the last day to schedule Apollo Bank bill payments to be delivered no later than October 7th. Any bill payments scheduled for delivery after October 7th will be canceled.
  • Apollo Bill Pay will be unavailable after 7 PM on Thursday, October 6th.
  • Begin scheduling bill payments using your Seacoast Bank Online Banking on Tuesday, October 11th.

Online transfer iconACH & Wire Transfers

  • Friday, October 7th, is the last day Apollo Bank ACH & Wire Transfers will be delivered. Any recurring or future dated ACH & Wire Transfers scheduled for delivery after October 7th will be canceled.
  • Begin scheduling recurring and future dated ACH & Wire Transfers using your Seacoast Bank Online Banking on Tuesday, October 11th.


  • After 2 PM on Friday, October 7th, Apollo Bank customers will no longer be able to deposit checks through mobile capture using their scanner or Apollo Bank Mobile Banking App.

  • The migration to Seacoast Bank online and mobile banking will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition. Conversion instructions are available below.
  • The conversion instructions reference two Action Dates. Please use the following dates:
    • 1st Action Date: Before 5 PM on Friday, October 7th, a data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed. Please make sure to complete the final download before this date since transaction history might not be available after the transition.
    • 2nd Action Date: On Wednesday, October 12th, complete the remaining steps on the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate of your online banking connection to ensure that you get your current Quicken or QuickBooks accounts set up with the new connection.
  • Conversion Instructions:
  • Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 3-5 business days. Users are encouraged to download a QFX/QBO file during this outage. The following services may not work during the outage:
    • Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
    • QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect
    • Mint
  • Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.

  • Starting Friday, October 7th through conversion weekend, Apollo Bank ATMs may experience interrupted service. Balance inquiries and transfers between accounts will not be available; however, you will be able to make fee-free withdrawals using your Apollo Bank Debit Card at any Publix® ATM.
  • Beginning October 8th, you can enjoy the benefit of fee-free ATM transactions at all of our Seacoast Bank ATM locations and fee-free ATM withdrawals at more than 55,000 Allpoint® ATM locations worldwide1 when you use your Seacoast Bank debit card. Learn more »
  • On Tuesday, October 11th, fee-free access to Publix® ATMs will no longer be available.

1. Worldwide includes USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Mexico. Look for the Allpoint-GrnYel-cmyk logo to ensure your transactions will be fee-free. Some retail location ATMs may feature a different bank's brand. As long as it has an Allpoint logo, your transaction will be fee-free.
