No. Until the customer account conversion is completed over the weekend of October 7th, Apollo Bank customers should continue to utilize Apollo Bank branches for their banking needs.

You can make cash and check deposits at any Seacoast Bank branch or ATM location starting on Tuesday, October 11th. Good news: your direct deposit process will remain the same. Your existing direct deposits will automatically continue to be deposited into your new Seacoast Bank account. When establishing any new direct deposits, make sure to use your Seacoast Bank account number with the Seacoast Bank routing number 067005158.
You can continue to make loan payments at any Apollo Bank location and, starting Tuesday, October 11th, at any Seacoast Bank location. You may also mail loan payments to:

Seacoast Bank will make every effort to convert your existing payees into our Online Banking platform. Automated payments will need to be reestablished after you enroll in Seacoast Bank Online Banking.
Yes, when you send a payee a payment, the funds are withdrawn from your account and used to pay the bill per your instruction. This transaction occurs on the day the request is processed and the payment is sent to the payee.
If your payment is sent by check, it will be a Bill Payment check drawn on the Bill Pay provider's account. All Bill Payments are electronically withdrawn from your account on the Send On date.
In order to retain your current information, you will need to download it before Friday, October 7th at 5PM. Your transactions made on Friday, October 7th, may not be available when you reconnect, but these items will still be available on your statement.
The migration to Seacoast Bank online and mobile banking will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition. Conversion instructions can be found here.

No, you do not need a separate Login ID and password to log into the Mobile Banking app. The same Login ID and password you use to access your Online Banking account can be used to access your account through desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
Yes, starting on Tuesday, October 11th at 6AM, you will be able to access your funds through our automated telephone banking system— FastLane at 888.669.4059.
Your new Seacoast Bank account history will begin to build Tuesday, October 11th. If you need transaction history prior to this date, simply contact our Customer Support Center at 888.669.4059.
Yes, your current rental agreement will remain the same. At the time of your annual renewal, Seacoast Bank’s fees and discounts will apply.
Your deposit account statement will contain the same information, but will have a new layout. You will start to receive your new Seacoast Bank statement after Tuesday, October 11th.
Yes, your deposit statement cycle date will remain the same. All savings account statements will be mailed quarterly, or more frequently.
Yes, Apollo Bank will mail an interim statement for all deposit and loan accounts as of end of business on October 7th. Your deposit account statement will then resume on its regular statement cycle date with the new Seacoast Bank statement layout.
Your Line of Credit statement will contain the same information, but will have a slightly different layout.
Seacoast Bank will send the required 1098 and/or 1099 information for your 2022 tax reporting by January 31, 2023.
Interest from your last statement cycle through Monday, October 10th, will be paid on your interim statement issued by Apollo Bank. Seacoast Bank will accrue interest from October 11th going forward. Interest will be paid quarterly for savings accounts and monthly for checking and money market accounts.
After October 7, 2022, Seacoast Bank will pay interest on your next scheduled due date and by your normal method of payment.
Historical Account Statements maintained on Apollo Bank's Online Banking platform may not be available after 5PM on Friday, October 7th. It is recommended that you download and save for your record retention before then.
