STUART, Fla. -- Seacoast Bank, the banking subsidiary of Seacoast Banking Corporation of Florida (Nasdaq: SBCF) and one of the largest community banks in Florida, has been selected by Great Place To Work® and Fortune as one of the 2023 Fortune Best Workplaces for WomenTM. This marks Seacoast Bank’s first appearance on the prestigious list, securing the No. 48 position among large companies (1000+ employees) this year, underscoring the bank's standing as one of the top workplaces in Florida.
To determine its Best Workplaces for Women list, Great Place To Work analyzed survey responses from over 600,000 women who work for Great Place To Work-certified companies that were eligible for the list. To be considered, a company must employ at least 50 women, have at least 20% of non-executive managers who are women, and have at least one executive who is a woman.
Seacoast Bank sets a leading example by fostering inclusivity in various ways, notably through its Women Mean Business (WMB) associate resource group. WMB is a group of Seacoast associates who serve as a valuable resource for members, fostering the bank's mission and values.
