STUART, Fla., June 15, 2022 --Seacoast Bank is proud to be named one of the Orlando Business Journal's 2022 Best Places to Work. This is the second year in a row Seacoast has received this recognition which highlights our commitment to employees’ well-being, as well as our numerous diversity and inclusion initiatives.

“We’re committed to maintaining a supportive culture for all our employees – not to win awards or gain recognition, but because it’s the right thing to do,” said Julie Kleffel, chief banking officer. “At Seacoast, we strive to create an atmosphere where associates feel comfortable and confident bringing their whole self to work, and these recognitions are gratifying confirmations that we are in fact creating a positive environment for all of our employees.”

“The Seacoast workplace culture is one of the reasons I was drawn to the company in 2020 and it has helped me attract talented bankers to the organization,” said Dan Hilken, commercial banking regional president for Central Florida. “We continue to support ongoing efforts to grow our reputation as a great place to work.”

Companies that participate in the Orlando Business Journal's Best Places to Work competition are evaluated based on the results of an employee survey administered by Quantum Workplace.
