Access to Our Products and Solutions

Seacoast Bank understands that our customers may be encountering numerous challenges as a result of Hurricane Irma.

We would like to introduce a set of offers and conveniences to help with recovering from the recent weather events:

  • Waiving Seacoast fees for using foreign ATMs on consumer and business checking and savings accounts through September 30th
  • Fee free ATM access at any of Publix's 1,100+ ATMs (find your nearest ATM)
  • ATMs stocked to ensure sufficient access to cash
  • Loan modifications, extensions, and grace periods will not be reported to the credit agencies for 90 days

Also available are the following programs to help with any financial burdens associated with Hurricane Irma. 

Unsecured Consumer Loan

Seacoast is offering consumer loans with low introductory rates. There are no loan fees though other customary costs (FL Doc Stamps) will be charged to the borrower and taken from loan proceeds. Repayment will be based on the amount and term discussed with your Seacoast banker.

Small Business and Commercial Loans

We are offering up to $25,000 no interest loans for 90 days, which then converts to principal and interest payments based on the prevailing rates for up to 60 months.  $250 Doc Prep Fee plus closing costs will be charged to the borrower and taken from proceeds.

Loan requests may be greater than $25,000, and will still benefit from the first $25,000 no interest for the first 90 days.  Repayment will be based on the amount and term discussed with your Seacoast banker.

Condo Association Loan

Seacoast is extending a special Condo Association Loan to customers in good standing who were affected by Hurricane Irma.

Non-revolving Line of Credit of up to S250,000 or an amount based on detailed listing of damages and repair costs. Monthly interest only payments for 12 months, followed by monthly principal and interest payments based on 5 year amortization.

Deferred Payments

Seacoast Bank is offering the potential for a customer in good standings to extend their loan payment -- consumer, residential, and business loans due to burdens resulting from Hurricane Irma.

Request must be submitted by December 31, 2017. 

No fee will be charged.
