The merger will close on July 11, 2025. The customer account conversion will take place over the weekend of August 15. As we approach conversion, you will receive a welcome packet including details about your account and any additional banking options available to you.


The proposed merger will greatly benefit our customers and associates with the added convenience of more branches, more ATMs, and a wider array of financial solutions, including leading online and mobile banking capabilities.


Make sure your contact information is updated so your Banker has your current phone number, email address, and mailing address before conversion weekend, so you do not miss out on any important communications.

You should continue banking as normal. Seacoast Bank and Heartland National Bank teams are working together to make this transition as smooth as possible for you.


In rare instances, we must renumber accounts during the conversion process. If your account number is affected, you will receive a notification by mail in early August 2025. Your new account number(s) will then be mailed to you no later than the week of August 11.

Yes. Just as your deposits are insured with Heartland National Bank, FDIC insurance will continue at Seacoast Bank.


No. Until the customer account conversion is completed on August 18, Heartland National Bank customers should continue to utilize Heartland National Bank branches for their banking needs.


You can make cash and check deposits at any Seacoast Bank branch or ATM location starting on Monday, August 18. You can also make check deposits using our Mobile Banking app. Visit the Google Play or Apple® App Store and download the app today. See our Funds Availability Policy.


Continue to use your Heartland National Bank checks until your supply runs out.


Good news: your direct deposit process will remain the same. Your existing direct deposits will automatically continue to be deposited into your new Seacoast Bank account. When establishing any new direct deposits, make sure to use your Seacoast Bank account number with the Seacoast Bank routing number 067005158.

Yes, starting on Monday, August 18, at 7AM, you will be able to access your funds through our automated telephone banking system— FastLane at 888.669.4059.

Your new Seacoast Bank account history will begin to build Monday, August 18, at 7AM. If you need transaction history prior to this date, simply contact our Customer Support Center at 888.669.4059.


Continue using your Heartland National Bank Debit Card through Sunday, August 17. After this date, please destroy your Heartland National Bank Debit Card as it will no longer be active.


Yes, starting Monday, August 18, if you have recurring payments tied to your Heartland National Bank Debit Card, you will need to contact those companies to provide your Seacoast Bank card information.


Yes, if you have your Heartland National Bank Debit Card in a digital wallet or are using it as a payment method on shopping sites or apps, update your card information with your new Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card number on Monday, August 18.


Yes, you may activate your new Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card upon arrival by calling 888.669.4059 to begin using it on Monday, August 18.

During the week of August 11, ATMs may experience service interruptions. Starting on the dates listed below, ATMs will no longer accept deposits; however, cash withdrawals will remain available throughout conversion weekend.

  • Monday, August 11: Sun 'N Lake ATM will no longer accept deposits
  • Tuesday, August 12: Sebring ATM will no longer accept deposits
  • Wednesday, August 13: Lake Placid ATM will no longer accept deposits
  • Thursday, August 14: Avon Park ATM will no longer accept deposits

Please visit the branch lobby to make a deposit or use the night drop after these dates. During conversion weekend, deposits can be made using the night drop, as branches and ATMs will be unavailable. Any deposits made via the night drop over conversion weekend will be processed and posted to your account on Monday, August 18.

Yes, establish or re-establish your eStatements within Online Banking by navigating to “Account Management and Services” for personal accounts or "eStatements & Notices" for business accounts from the menu and then choose "Statement Preferences" to confirm your statement delivery method.


Automatic transfers between Heartland National Bank accounts, as well as external transfers between your Heartland National account and non-Heartland National accounts, will not be converted. You can reestablish or set up new transfers in Seacoast Bank Online Banking starting at noon on Monday, August 18.

Seacoast Bank will make every effort to convert your existing payees, recurring bill payments, and payment history into our Online Banking platform. Please review your Bill Payment details in Seacoast Bank Online Banking beginning at noon on Monday, August 18.


Yes, when you send a payee a payment, the funds are withdrawn from your account and used to pay the bill per your instruction. This transaction occurs on the day the request is processed and the payment is sent to the payee.

If your payment is sent by check, it will be a Bill Payment check drawn on the Bill Pay provider's account. All Bill Payments are electronically withdrawn from your account on the Send On date.


In order to retain your current information, you will need to download it before Friday, August 15 at 5PM. Transactions made on Friday, August 15, may not be available when you reconnect, but these items will still be available on your statement. Conversion instructions can be found here.


The migration to Seacoast Bank Online and Mobile banking will require that you make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software, so please take action to ensure a smooth transition. Conversion instructions can be found here.


You can download the Seacoast Mobile Banking app from the Apple® Store or Google Play Store.


No, you do not need a separate Login ID and password to log into the Mobile Banking app. The same Login ID and password you use to access your Online Banking account can be used to access your account through desktop, tablet and mobile devices.


The cut-off time for mobile deposits is 7 PM EST each business day.


Funds deposited before 7 PM EST on a bank business day will generally be made available the first bank business day after the day of deposit.

Funds deposited after 7 PM EST or on a non-business day will generally be made available on the 2nd bank business day after the day of deposit. Longer delays to the availability of funds may apply.

Your company’s online banking admin can be identified by reviewing the menu items you each have access to. The admin will have a menu option of “Administration”.

Funds deposited before 8 pm eastern on a bank business day will be made available same day. Funds deposited after 8 pm eastern or on a non-business day will generally be made available on the next Business Day. Longer delays to the availability of funds may apply.


MAC users may require new equipment and will receive a notification of this change to coordinate replacement equipment.


The cut-off time for same-day wire transfer is 5 PM EST each business day. Wire transfers initiated after this time will be processed the following business day.


The cut-off time for same-day RDC credit is 8 PM EST each business day.


In order to minimize errors and the need to send reversal entries, we recommend sending ACH files 2 days prior to the effective date.


The cut-off time for Same Day ACH files is 1:55 PM EST each business day. The cut-off time for next-day or future-dated ACH items is 6 PM EST each business day. ACH files initiated after this time will be processed the following business day.


The current token you use for online originated ACH and Wire transactions will no longer work as of August 18.

Seacoast Bank offers two easy options for the use of tokens:

  • Symantec VIP Token Mobile Application
  • You will be prompted at logon to download the token and add your credential ID. Download the “VIP Access” Application from Google Play or Apple store on your mobile phone now and have the credential ID ready for first logon.
  • Symantec VIP Physical Token Provided by Seacoast Bank
  • To have a physical token mailed. An Online Account Administrator can call our Customer Care team at 866.414.2223 for assistance.

Yes, your deposit statement cycle date will remain the same. All savings account statements will be mailed quarterly, or more frequently.


Yes, Heartland National Bank will mail an interim statement for all deposit and loan accounts as of end of business on August 15. Your deposit account statement will then resume on its regular statement cycle date with the new Seacoast Bank statement layout.

Your Line of Credit statement will contain the same information but will have a slightly different layout.


Seacoast Bank will send the required 1098 and/or 1099 information for your 2025 tax reporting by January 31, 2026.


Interest from your last statement cycle through Friday, August 15, will be paid on your interim statement issued by Heartland National Bank. Seacoast Bank will accrue interest from August 16 going forward. Interest will be paid quarterly for savings accounts and monthly for checking and money market accounts.


Your CD will continue to have the same rate and term until maturity. We use the daily balance method to calculate interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. Interest will be credited to your account monthly and compounded monthly which may be different from your current interest accrual method.


Seacoast Bank will make every effort to to make your historical account statements available in Seacoast Bank Online Banking. Historical Account Statements maintained on Heartland National Bank's Internet Banking platform may not be available after Thursday, August 14th. We recommend printing or downloading any account statement history you may need for your records.
