Your Safety is Our Priority.

As you join Seacoast, we're committed to helping you stay protected from fraud and confident in identifying authentic communications from us.

Here’s what you can count on:

Seacoast will never call, text, or email you to request, update, or verify sensitive information such as your PIN, full Social Security number, full debit or credit card number, password, or security code. However, we may ask for the last four digits of your Social Security Number or your account number to verify your identity.

How to recognize Seacoast Bank communications:
  • Our emails will always come from addresses ending in @seacoastbank.com.
  • We never send links via text.
  • We will never pressure you to act immediately or threaten account closure.
  • If something feels off, trust your instincts. Hang up and contact our Customer Support Center at 800.706.9991 to confirm that the call is from Seacoast.
