 Citizens First Bank ATMs   Citizens First Bank ATMs are in the process of being converted to the Seacoast Bank ATM network and there may be brief periods of service interruption. Citizens First Bank customers will continue to enjoy fee‑free withdrawals, even after the ATM becomes part of the Seacoast network. 
  Stay Informed    Be sure to add the Seacoast Bank email address (Do-Not-Reply@message.seacoastbank.com) to your contact list or safe email list. This helps ensure our messages reach your inbox and prevents you from missing any important conversion updates.

Here’s what you can count on:

Seacoast Bank will never call, text, or email you to request, update, or verify sensitive information such as your security code, PIN, full Social Security number, full debit or credit card number, or password. However, we may ask for the last four digits of your Social Security Number or your account number to verify your identity.

How to recognize Seacoast Bank communications:

  • Our emails will always come from addresses ending in @seacoastbank.com or @message.seacoastbank.com.

  • We never send links via text and will never pressure you to act immediately or threaten account closure.

  • If something feels off, trust your instincts. Hang up and contact our Customer Support Center at 888.669.4059 to confirm that the call is from Seacoast Bank.
