Important Action Required: Make sure your contact information is updated so your Banker has your current phone number, email address, and mailing address before conversion weekend, so you do not miss out on any important communications.

  • Beginning Friday, June 2 at 5 PM ET, through the end of August 2023, access to Professional Bank digital banking will be available in read-only mode to view or download transaction history. Bank statements for June 1 and 2 will not be available as an eStatement and will be mailed to you.
  • Professional Bank Mobile App will be available in read-only mode as of 5 PM, Friday, June 2. Professional Bank customers will no longer be able to deposit checks through mobile capture using their scanner or Professional Bank Mobile Banking app.
  • Expect an email on Monday, June 5 when Online and Mobile Banking becomes available. If you currently use Professional Bank Digital Banking and the mobile banking app, you will automatically have access to Seacoast Bank Online & Mobile Banking on Monday, June 5. We’ve done everything to ensure your login credentials remain the same. An email will be sent on Monday, June 5, outlining your Login steps and notifying you of any changes. Click here for helpful resources including detailed first-time login instructions. 
  • Quicken and QuickBooks users should download transactions & deactivate before 5 PM, June 2 in order to keep records up to date. Click here for instructions on how to deactivate your accounts from Professional Bank and reactivate them with Seacoast Bank.
  • Account Transfers: Begin scheduling recurring and future-dated account-to-account transfers using your Seacoast Bank Online Banking on Monday, June 5. Automated transfers will need to be reestablished after you enroll in Seacoast Bank Online Banking.
  • eStatements and Notices: Establish or re-establish eStatements in Seacoast Bank Online Banking beginning Monday, June 5. Navigate to “eStatements & Notices” and select “Statement Preferences” to confirm your delivery method.
  • Seacoast Mobile Banking App: Once you have logged into Seacoast Bank Online Banking you can download the Seacoast Mobile Banking App from the Apple®1 App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Don’t currently have Online or Mobile Banking? You can sign up for access beginning Monday, June 5, click here to complete the enrollment process.

  • In late May, Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Cards will arrive in your mailbox. Your card and PIN will be mailed in separate plain white envelopes.
  • Activate your Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card by calling 888.669.4059, according to the instructions on your card upon receipt. Once activated, begin using your new Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card starting Monday, June 5. Attempting to use your new card before Monday, June 5 will result in the transaction being declined.
  • Continue to use your Professional Bank Debit Card for purchases and at ATMs through Sunday, June 4. Attempting to use your Professional Bank Debit Card after Sunday, June 4 will result in the transaction being declined.
  • On Monday, June 5 cut up or shred your Professional Bank Debit Card as it will no longer work.
  • Starting Monday, June 5, if you have recurring payments tied to your Professional Bank Debit Card, you will need to contact those companies to provide your Seacoast Bank card information.
  • If you have your Professional Bank Debit Card in a digital wallet or are using it as a payment method on shopping sites or apps, update your card information with your new Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card number on Monday, June 5.

  • Thursday, June 1, is the last day to schedule Professional Bank bill payments to be delivered no later than Friday, June 2. Any bill payments scheduled for delivery after Friday, June 2 will be canceled.
  • Professional Bank Bill Pay will be unavailable after 5 PM Friday, June 2.
  • Begin scheduling bill payments using your Seacoast Bank Online Banking on Monday, June 5. Seacoast Bank will make every effort to convert your existing payees into our Online Banking platform. Automated payments will need to be reestablished after you enroll in Seacoast Bank Online Banking.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Seacoast Bank Bill Payment may be unavailable to some Professional Bank customers during the week of June 5 as we finalize the online banking and bill payment conversion. If you are still unable to access the Seacoast Bank Bill Payment platform after June 12, please contact one of our bankers.

  • Friday, June 2, is the last day Professional Bank ACH & Wire Transfers will be delivered. Any recurring or future-dated ACH & Wire Transfers scheduled for delivery after Friday, June 2 will be canceled.

  • All Professional Bank branches will open as Seacoast Bank for regular business hours. Visit SeacoastBank.com/Locations to find a location near you.
  • Existing Professional Bank Digital Banking users will receive an email outlining your Login steps for Seacoast Bank Online Banking.
  • Historical account statements maintained on Professional Bank’s Digital Banking platform will remain
    available for 90 days post conversion. It is recommended that you download and save for your record
    retention purposes.
  • Bank by phone with our local Florida Customer Service Center at 888.669.4059.
  • Use FastLane, our 24/7 automated inquiry and transfer service, at 888.669.4059.
