Account Conversion Checklist

Items to help you prepare for conversion.

Starting Late July – Prepare Your Online & Mobile Banking Platforms

  • Existing Legacy Bank of Florida Online Banking customers will receive an email with detailed information about their Seacoast Bank Online Banking user ID and password. Not currently enrolled? Self-enroll for Seacoast Bank Personal Online Banking and Business Online Banking any time after August 2nd. This will prepare your accounts for activation on Monday, August 9th.

  • Once you have logged into Seacoast Bank's Personal Online Banking and/or Business Online Banking you can enroll in Personal and/or Business Mobile Banking.

  • You may begin to explore the exciting features offered with Seacoast Bank's Online & Mobile Banking starting Monday, August 9th.

  • Download any statements, documents or transaction information that you may need from your Legacy Bank of Florida Online Banking. You may not have access after midnight on Sunday, August 1st. See Page 15 in the transition guide for instructions.

Starting Sunday, August 1st

  • Last day to schedule Legacy Bank of Florida bill payments to be delivered no later than August 6th.
  • All payments scheduled after August 6th, including any recurring payments, will not be processed.
  • Begin scheduling bill payments using your Seacoast Bank Online Banking to be sent on August 9th or later.

Starting Friday, August 6th at 2:00p.m. – Monday, August 9th at 9:00a.m.

  • After 2 p.m., Legacy Bank of Florida customers will no longer be able to deposit checks through mobile capture using their phone or Legacy Bank of Florida Mobile Banking App.

  • Before 5 p.m., Quicken users should export data, as it will not be available for download after this date.
  • Quicken users will need to deactivate their Legacy Bank of Florida accounts in the Quicken software.

  • Legacy Bank of Florida ATMs may experience interrupted service over the weekend. Balance inquiries and transfers between accounts will not be available; however, withdrawals will be available at more than 1,100+ Publix® Fee Free ATMs.1

Debit Card Checklist

  • Late July – you will receive your new Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card and PIN. These items will be mailed separately.
  • Before August 9th – Activate your Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card by calling 888.669.4059. You may begin using it on August 9th.
  • Starting August 9th, add your Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card to your Zelle® account to start sending money and making payments through Zelle®. Legacy Bank of Florida customers currently using Zelle® will simply need to update their debit card number in the Zelle® app. (For personal checking accounts only.)

Starting Monday, August 9th

  • Your Legacy Bank of Florida Debit Card will stop working.
  • Begin using your Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card.
  • If you have automatic payments set up using your Legacy Bank of Florida Debit Card number, contact each merchant to update your payment information with your new Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card number.

Attention Debit Cardholders

Check your mailbox starting in late July. Legacy Bank of Florida Debit cardholders will be receiving a new Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card and PIN in the mail. These items will be mailed separately.


Be sure to activate your card by 6 a.m. on Monday, August 9th, to ensure uninterrupted access. Don’t forget to destroy your old Legacy Bank of Florida card, as it will no longer work after 6 a.m. on Monday, August 9th.


Starting August 9th, add your Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card to your Zelle® account to start sending money and making payments through Zelle®. Legacy Bank of Florida customers currently using Zelle® will simply need to update their debit card number in the Zelle® app. (For personal checking accounts only.)

 

1. You will be required to accept the fee on the Publix® ATM screen. This fee will be refunded on the following business day. You still receive unlimited transactions at Publix® ATMs for free, however your Publix® ATM Fee will be processed as a refund versus a waiver.
