In addition, the account must remain open and in good standing to be bonus eligible. All account openings are subject to approval. Bonuses are considered interest and may be reported on IRS Form 1099-INT.
New Business Checking Customer can earn up to $100 by opening a Business Checking or Business Checking Plus checking account which has a minimum of $1,000 in qualifying direct deposit(s) credited to the account or by having a minimum of $5,000 balance in the account within the first 90 days of account opening. A qualifying Direct Deposit is defined as a recurring direct deposit of a paycheck, pension, Social Security or other regular monthly income electronically deposited by an employer or an outside agency.
