Navigating Your New Seacoast Experience: 

  • Starting Now:
    • Make sure your phone number and email address are up-to-date on your account with Palm Beach Community Bank by reaching out to your local Palm Beach Community Bank branch or by calling 561.681.7207.
  • Early October:
    • After receiving your Welcome Packet the next item to be delivered is your new Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card. You can start using your new Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card, Monday, November 6th.
    • Existing Palm Beach Community Bank Online Banking customers will receive an email with detailed information about their user ID and password in late October. Not enrolled? Self-enroll for Personal and Online Banking and Business Online Banking. This will prepare your accounts for activation on November 6th. See page 22 for more information.

Important Things to Note:

  • Please continue banking as you always do.
  • Mark the Date – Monday, November 6th the merger is complete.
  • Your Personal Checking account name and information can be found on page 18.
  • Your Business Checking account name and information can be found on page 28.
