*The Six Months Free Payroll Over One Year Promotion for Bank Channel Partners (the “Promotion”) will run from October 1, 2025, until January 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”), unless terminated earlier by Paychex, Inc. (“Paychex”), and is subject to the following terms and conditions. The Promotion is available to Eligible Clients (as defined below) who are referred to Paychex by a Paychex Bank Referral Partner (as defined below) and will consist of six (6) months of free payroll services for either the Paychex Flex® Enterprise, Pro or Select payroll services packages. A “Paychex Bank Referral Partner” is a financial institution with which Paychex has entered into and maintains an active referral agreement. An “Eligible Client” is a business banking customer of a Paychex Bank Referral Partner that: (1) is not currently receiving payroll services from Paychex; (2) is referred to Paychex by an employee of a Paychex Bank Referral Partner during the Promotion Period; (3) elects either the Paychex Flex® Enterprise, Pro or Select payroll services package by entering into a service agreement with Paychex; (4) has between 1–49 employees at the time it commences payroll services; (5) processes its first payroll with Paychex on or before February 28, 2026; and (6) continues to process payroll with Paychex for twelve (12) consecutive months. Paychex Bank Referral Partner customers who process payroll on a quarterly or annual basis are not eligible for the Promotion. Paychex will credit an Eligible Client’s invoice for free payroll services in months 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 following commencement of payroll processing services. An Eligible Client must be processing payroll with Paychex in order to receive free payroll services, and any unused month is not redeemable in U.S. currency or for any other entity. The Promotion only applies to payroll services, and Eligible Clients will be solely responsible for all fees due for services other than payroll services. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer and is a limited time offer that is only available during the Promotion Period.
