QuickBooks, Quicken and Mint Users

With Seacoast’s upgrade to a new online banking experience, modifications to your QuickBooks, Quicken and Mint settings are required to ensure that your data connectivity transfers smoothly to the new Seacoast Bank Online Banking.


QuickBooks or Quicken Users: Action Required to Ensure a Seamless Upgrade Experience

  • You will need to deactivate and reactivate your account within QuickBooks or Quicken software.

Video Tutorials: The following videos will provide you with additional support for the required changes. Each video demonstrates the deactivate/disconnect process for that product.

  • IMPORTANT: If you currently use Direct Connect in QuickBooks or Quicken to initiate Bill Payments, you will need to recreate them in the new Seacoast Bank Online Banking. If you do not use Direct Connect Bill Pay or you only initiate Bill Payments from within Seacoast Bank Online Banking, no action is necessary.

Mint Users:
  • The Mint.com server automatically made the system conversion for your activated accounts. Your accounts have been reconciled to show your transaction history available.
