Navigating Your New Seacoast Experience: 

  • Starting Now:
    • Make sure your phone number and email address are up-to-date on your account with NorthStar by reaching out to your local NorthStar branch or by calling 813.549.5000.
  • Early October:
    • After receiving your Welcome Packet the next item to be delivered is your new Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card. You can start using your new Seacoast Bank Visa® Debit Card, Monday, October 23rd.
    • Existing NorthStar Bank Online Banking customers will receive an email with detailed information about their user ID and password in early October. Not enrolled? Self-enroll for Personal and Online Banking and Business Online Banking. This will prepare your accounts for activation on October 23rd. See page 22 for more information.

Important Things to Note:

  • NorthStar Online Banking will be accessible in inquiry online mode until November 17th, 2017. NorthStar Online Banking Access - Inquiry Only
  • Please continue banking as you always do.
  • Mark the Date – Monday, October 23rd the merger is complete.
  • Your Personal Checking account name and information can be found on page 18.
  • Your Business Checking account name and information can be found on page 28.
  • Starting Monday, October 23rd, you can bank at any of our locations throughout Florida. Click here for a list of our locations.
