1. Enrolling in Business Banking Bundles requires customer to sign a Seacoast Bank Treasury Management Bundles Onboarding Form as well as acceptance of the Treasury Management Services Master Agreement. Eligibility will vary. ACH activation is subject to credit review and approval.
2. Outgoing wire maximum daily limit is $500,000. Wires must be initiated through the online banking portal; Domestic destination only; International not included. Up to two outgoing wires are included per calendar month. Domestic outgoing wires initiated online in excess of the included amount per calendar month are subject to the charges outlined in the Business Account Fees & Service Charges schedule.
3. ACH Credit maximum daily limit is $100,000. Two ACH files are included per calendar month at no charge containing up to 100 total transactions. Additional ACH files are $12.00 each and / or greater than 100 transactions in total per calendar month are subject to an overage charge of $0.20 per transaction.
4. Payroll Services and Merchant Services are not part of Business Banking Bundle monthly package fee. Additional TM fees will apply.
5. Remote Deposit Capture maximum daily limit is $150,000. Includes digital check single feed CX30 machine, which is not compatible with Mac. For other scanner options, please email TreasurySalesCommunityBank@seacoastbank.com
6. When multiple bundles are selected, the monthly fee and required balance are incremental. For example, if the Business Fraud Protection and Remote Deposit Capture solution are selected, the monthly fee is $99.90 ($49.95 + $49.95) and required balance to waive the fee is $60,000 ($30,000 + $30,000). No partial credit is provided for any balances below the combined threshold, even if the minimum balance required to waive the fee is met for the individual bundle product.
